May I say Bravo! on your service. I recently purchased tickets for a U2 Madison Square Garden concert that needed to be refunded. The sales associate was prompt and even called to fully inform me of what was going on. Do to her service I recently purchased U2 tickets to the Glendale concert and what a show it was! My tickets arrived the next day and this was vital considering I was flying half way across the country to see the concert. A service charge is worth paying when you are dealing with professionals. With e-Seats I feel like I'm dealing with the best.

In addition to two moderately priced mid-court seats, I recently purchased two VERY expensive courtside seats for a Knick�s game through your company. The purchase, delivery, and customer service related to this transaction was flawlessly executed on your part. I received all four tickets, via overnight delivery, just a couple days after the transaction�

Then it happened!! Somehow, (it�s still a mystery to me to this day), all four of the tickets were thrown away!!!!!! Representing what appeared to be an almost $4,000 loss, I did what anyone would�I LOST MY MIND!!

Not sure what to do first, I contacted your company. I fully realized that in all likelihood the tickets, money, and my chances to see the game were forever lost. In a state of panic, I reached one of your always courteous customer service agents, who cautiously stated that he would do his best to "see what could be done"...

Well, after several frantic calls to your organization, I was assured that while you could not guarantee a certain outcome, that you would tirelessly pursue duplicate tickets. This process, which includes contacting several different parties, is both time-consuming and difficult. Not to mention, I lost the tickets, and your company was strapped with solving the problem. This was above and beyond your contractual obligation to me and a task that many companies certainly would have refused.

After dozens of conversations and your staff's relentless efforts, all four tickets were duplicated in one form or another. I saw the game, did not spend another dime, and was spared the heartache of a major financial loss. This was made possible only because of your teams dedication and can-do attitude in solving this seemingly unconquerable challenge. I can�t thank you and your organization enough for your extra and uncompensated efforts in this matter. All I can do is promise that you�ve made a customer for life out of me and that eSeats will be my only outlet for hard-to-find event tickets in the future.

I recently (Sept 7th, 2004) went to a Prince concert in Salt Lake City, Utah, provided by eseats.com. I purchased such only 4 days before and it was labor day weekend. I didn't realize that, and tickets were supposed to arrive on the concert date or later. I received my tickets at 2pm on the 7th. Wow right? It was just 4 hours before the concert and was updated daily by the e-staff of location. I not only got my sec 101 seat 2 and 3, those tickets ended up being front row! Only 12 people had access to rush the stage - We were 2 of them! Thanks eseats, I'll be using you again - my wife fainted even being so close(big fan of Prince).
