 Based in Denver Colorado the Denver Broncos is a professional football which competes in the American Football Conference (AFC) Western Division in the National Football League (NFL).The Broncos started in 1959 when they won the first ever AFL game against their later arch rivals the Boston Patriots and in 1967 became the first ever AFL team to defeat an NFL team after trouncing the Detroit Lions 13-7. All in all, Denver reached the Super Bowl 6 times, winning it in the 1997 and 1998 seasons.the team colors are Broncos Navy Blue, Orange, White and the team mascot is the live horse called Thunder II. The broncos are also affectionately called Orange Crush. |

 Invesco Field at Mile High is the home of the Denver Broncos and is located in Denver Colorado.The name derived from the fact that Denver is set at an altitiude of 1 mile above sea level. Invesco Field at Mile High replaces an older stadium called simply, Mile High Stadium.Both stadia had the same seating capacity.The stadium also hosts Major League Lacross and musical concerts. Built at a cost of 350 million dollars the stadium can seat 76125 people.The playing surface is grass although there has been calls to replace it with artificial playing surfaces. The first event held at the new stadium was a concert by the rock group Eagles.The Invesco Field at Mile High recorded its all time highest capacity when Barack Obama accepted the  Democratic Party's nomination for President of the United States at Invesco Field.
