 Based in Jacksonville Florida, the Jacksonville Jaguars is a professional football that competes in the the South Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL).A relatively young team,the Jaguars started out as an expansion team along with the Panthers in 1995.The team colors are Teal, black, gold, white.The team uniforms have been redesigned for the 2009 season with a "cleaned-up" look. They will also have new helmets which change color with different angles of light, the first professional team to sport this look.The team mascot is Jaxon de Ville, arguably the most dramatic mascot in the NFL with his typically exciting entrances. |

 The Jacksonville Municipal Stadium is the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars and is located in Jacksonville next to St. John’s River. It had a capacity of 73,000 when re-opened and expansions over the past decade have since increased that to 76,877.Apart6 from football the stadium also hosts monster truck shows and concerts. The stadium is also a former site of the Atlantic Coast Conference football championship game.In 2005 it played host to Super Bowl XXXIX in front of 78,125, by far the largest Super Bowl in attendance since 1994. Recent additions to the stadium include the "Bud Zone," a larger and wider scoreboard display, escalators in the north and south end zone, and a new "terrace suite" right above the "Bud Zone" in the south endzone.
