Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the Pittsburgh Steelers is a professional football team that competes in the North Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League. Pittsburgh has won maximum number of SuperBowl titles-6 , AFC Championship Games -7 and hosted more conference championship games-10 than any other AFC or NFC team. They have also featured in more AFC conference championship games than any other team and along with the Dallas Cowboys have 14 championship game appearances in either the NFC or AFC contests. The Steelers are the current National Football League champions, having won Super Bowl XLIII on February 1, 2009. The Steelers have a large fanbase, which has spread from Pittsburgh. In August 2008, ESPN.com ranked the Steelers' fans as the best in the NFL, citing their "unbelievable" sellout streak of 299 consecutive games.The team colors are Black, gold, white and the team mascot is Steely McBeam the worker.

Home of the Pittsburgh SteelersHeinz Field is the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers and is located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania along the Ohio River in North Pittsburgh. Heinz Field was built at the same site as the previous Steelers stadium the Three Riverss Stadium. The stadium was designed with the city of Pittsburgh's history of steel production in mind, which led to the inclusion of 12,000 tons of steel into the design.The stadium cost 281 million dollars to build.It is unusual in that it is one of the few remaining football stadia which have natural grass(Kentucky Bluegrass) turf.It is also rare in that it has to yet to see a Steelers game that hasn’t sold out.The stadium seats over 65000 people including 1500 in 129 luxury boxes and 6600 club seats which have an indoor bar.Venue Seating Pittsburgh Steelers Stadium and restaurant.Also in the stadium is the famous Coca Cola Great Hall which houses a collection of Steelers and Pittsburgh Panthers memorabilia
