I recently purchased 2 tickets to the New York Rangers vs. San Jose Sharks game at Madison Square Garden on February 17, 2008. The price for this purchase was reasonable and the purchasing process online was easy to follow and efficient. However, I made the mistake of inserting my PO Box number as the shipping address. I was contacted shortly of my mistake by Reuben in customer service, who politely notified me of my mistake and gave me a number to call back. Upon my call back, Reuben displayed great initiative, care for the customer, and overall superior customer service; this gentleman went out of his way and contacted my college's admissions department to find a correct shipping address.
