I really appreciate this app a lot! I've used it twice in less than aweek. Last week for U2 tickets and this week for Boyz || Men tickets.It's so much more convenient to purchase tickets through this app on myiPhone than to have to log on to Ticketmaster through a computer, thentype up a squiggly line only to find the tickets you want aren'tavailable. Not to mention the customer service is great! The follow upphone calls to make sure you received your tickets. I greatlyappreciate! The show was great!

I recently purchased 2 tickets to the New York Rangers vs. San Jose Sharks game at Madison Square Garden on February 17, 2008. The price for this purchase was reasonable and the purchasing process online was easy to follow and efficient. However, I made the mistake of inserting my PO Box number as the shipping address. I was contacted shortly of my mistake by Reuben in customer service, who politely notified me of my mistake and gave me a number to call back. Upon my call back, Reuben displayed great initiative, care for the customer, and overall superior customer service; this gentleman went out of his way and contacted my college's admissions department to find a correct shipping address. He then took care in changing the address and making sure that I would receive my tickets in a timely manner. Again, Reuben displayed excellent customer service in his efforts on my behalf. I will recommend eSeats.com to all of my friends, family, and acquaintances as the best means of obtaining tickets to all sports, concert, and theater events. Here is my real story which took place with my China Olympics tickets.  I ordered and paid for $60K worth of tickets via a competitors website and received nothing. Since I paid with my Amex I have since dispute the charges and filed a complaint with the government. I also sent an e-mail to the LA Times reporter: greg.johnson@latimes.com.

As to eSeats.com? I spoke directly to Bob Berstein (the owner) and he is the one who got me replacement tickets. FYI... the company is legit... in business for 18 years and has a great reputation.  If you ever have questions about his service, feel free to speak with me.

If you shall need tix, Bob at eSeats.com is the man.

While I did pay a very high premium for those last minute tickets, I was sort of amazed by the level of customer service provided by your staff.  Really, really excellent service that included a personal email and a personal phone call.  I did have a question which was responded to immediately by your staff member.  She was so concerned about my satisfaction that when she was leaving the office she emailed me her cell phone number in case I needed additional assistance.   And this follow up thank you note is also a very nice touch.  

I do very much appreciate your high level of service.  It is smart business and should be common place, but I didn't expect it and I'm impressed.   Thanks a lot.  The concert was incredible.

eSeats.com to my rescue!

6 months prior to the 2008 Summer games in Beijing I made my first Olympic ticket purchase, which ended up being from a fraud company. Soon afterwards I made a second purchase and that company notified me that they could not service the order just 2 weeks before my departure. With just a week before leaving for Beijing I found eseats.com who immediately confirmed an order for half my requested tickets. The owner of eseats.com personally made a call to his vendors to find tickets that were not listed on his site to attempt to fulfill my past order through the other companies. Thank you to eseats.com for the prompt confirmation, friendly service and for going the extra mile to take care of its customers.

I am not really sure what to say.  In my attempts to find tickets for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, I came across problem after problem until I found at eseats.com.  Not only was their inventory up to date and with a good price, but there brokers were always available to help me through the process.  Sometimes it can be nice to talk to a real person which eseats.com definitely provides.  Thanks a lot.

I wish to share my positive opinion about your staff with you.  I worked with Christine who was so professional and pleasant throughout my process of locating and purchasing BCS tickets.  Christine thoroughly explained every request she made.  I am a lawyer by profession, and I realize how difficult it is to deal with people  ALL the time.  I also am always supicious of certain requests --  I felt very comfortable in dealing with her. 
 
I normally use Ticketmaster when I am going to Vegas but next time I plan to check eSeats.com first -- you keep the coustomer informed and run a respectable business.

I used the eSeats app on my iPhone to purchase Yankees tickets on 6/5/09. I couldn't have been happier with the service.     I wanted to drop you a letter to let you know what a professional and pleasant employees you have working for you. I have been buying tickets and packages via the internet for year's and have mostly had good luck. I ordered tickets the other day from eSeats.com to the Pageants of the Masters for Saturday night (7/25/09) But due to some changes in our plans we needed to change the ticket request. Within minutes of contacting the after hours support line I got a call from Christine asking me about this issue and with not just a pleasant and friendly attitude but looking to mitigate this unfortunate event right away and started talking to me about how we could resolve this. This to me is a person who truly cares and does more then just her job. Christine goes that extra mile this is something you just don't find these's days. I work for a very large company and deal with customers every day. I know what a chore it can be to inform customers they are not getting what they have paid for. However, Christine turned an unfortunate event into an enjoyable situation. I understand this is her job but she did her job so professionally. 10 days before we were leaving for the 2010 Olympics, we were informed by eSeats.com that we would not be receiving our 4 figure skating tickets that we had bought.  After a few attempts to contact eSeats, I reached the CEO Bob Bernstein, who, clearly upset, explained that the Olympic tickets that he had purchased for us and many others were not being delivered by the broker he had bought them from.   He told me how sorry he was about the situation and that he had every intention of refunding us our money.  He offered to help us find new tickets, but I had already purchased other ones.  4 days after returning from an amazing time in Vancouver, we received a full refund.  Even though it wasn't an ideal transaction, Bob and his crew did their best to take care of their clients at a huge loss to themselves.  I was impressed with Bob's integrity and wish him and his company the best of luck.

I was one of the customers that had ordered Mens Olympic Hockey tickets through your website eSeats.com. After reading that your company had been affected by the Olympic ticket scandal by one of your suppliers I was very leery that I would ever receive my tickets or get a refund... Well was I WRONG. In a day and age where customer service is almost non existent, your company has gone out of your way to make things right!! Not only did we get a surprise e-mail the day before our event saying you had arranged for new tickets but we were upgraded to tickets in a Suite!!! These tickets were a Christmas present for our son. Needless to say he had the time of his life. I cannot thank you enough for truly caring.

In light of the recent Action Seating Olympic ticket scandal, I wanted to bring to your attention the excellent service I have received from Mr. Bernstein and his staff at eSeats.com.  I tried, as many people did, to buy Olympic tickets through official channels, but was unable to do so.  In researching online ticket agencies, I was impressed by the testimonials about eSeats and opted to purchase all my tickets through them.

Olympic Ticket Mess
To whom it may concern,

I want to take this opportunity to commend Mr. Bob Bernstein and eSeats.com for their action with regards to the Olympic ticket problem.  This event was not of their doing, and I feel they went the extra yard and more to resolve the problems that Action Seating brought upon many unsuspecting customers.  eSeats and Mr. Bernstein brought about a happy ending to what could have been a complete disaster.
 
People are always quick to point fingers and place blame.  I write this for the opposite reason.  To acknowledge when someone goes the extra yard to make a customer happy.

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the spectacular seats you guys got for me at the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament this past weekend. We saw an incredible amount of tennis with all the big names... Sharapova, Federer, Roddick, and others. The online transaction was incredibly easy which was a total relief as I saw that a number of online providers such as Stubhub and others were out of tickets late Saturday afternoon. But you guys had a wide selection. To be honest... I had a moment of .... Hmmm how is this all going to work?

The personal attention, early morning phone calls, and the ease of ticket pickup near the site all made this a highly enjoyable weekend. You can tell you guys know your business and know how to make others feel comfortable. You hear so many horror stories of Craigslist and others, and you can become suspicious, but like you said on the phone... tickets are not rocket science. You have a ticket...           In a hectic high-priced, supply-short market for tickets to the Oregon-Auburn BCS college championship football game in Glendale AZ on Monday, Jan. 10, ticket reseller eSeats.com was temporarily unable to fulfill my paid order for three tickets when the supplier for the tickets failed to deliver on the seats.  Instead of just canceling my order, eSeats.com worked diligently to find replacement tickets for me.

          Although the original tickets I had purchased were  designated for the Oregon side of the University of Phoenix stadium, eSeats.com came through with three excellent Club Level tickets nevertheless, which will get me and my party into the stadium and seats to plant our fannies,  the crucial goal.  To secure the replacement tickets, eSeats.com had to pay at least three times the price of the tickets that I paid for them, but was willing to do that in order to preserve the company's goodwill, while continuing to look for tickets on the Oregon side of the stadium. 

          eSeats also offered to refund the shipping price, since we picked up the three tickets.  Another large ticket reseller StubHub told many of its customers that it would not be able to provide the tickets they had ordered, amid the high prices being asked for tickets, and would refund their purchase price.
        
          eSeats.com's decision to buy and provide me with the three tickets I had purchased should help in preserve eSeats.com's A+ Better Business Bureau rating. I am very grateful to Bob and eSeats.com for their good-faith dedication to honor their commitment to me, and will look forward to seeing Oregon play for the national championship after many decades as a fan and alum.

Thank you for great sense of customer service in taking care of our ticket mistake for the BNP Paribas Open tickets.  I didn't realize that back in December when we had received our tickets but did not open the envelope that we had received tickets to the wrong session. I never expected anyone to answer the phone at 8:00 pm and was even more shocked to get a call back twice to be told that my problem had been solved.  We were upgraded to better tickets and had a great time at the tennis.
