Great Customer Service!
On a recent vacation to Florida we discovered we had a free day on our hands.  Me and my partner who are big tennis buffs put two and two together and found out that our free day just happened to be on the opening day of the Sony Ericsson Open Tennis Tournament in Key Biscayne.  So with a little work playing around on the computer we discovered eSeats.com.  We gave them a try and we sure were pleased.  Our seats were excellent and they arrived in plenty of time.  We drove down to the Miami area for the day from Orlando and had a blast at the tournament.  Also we just happened to be in the right place at the right time and had the good fortune of running into Maria Sharapova who autographed our ticket stubs.  Thanks eSeats.com for the great service.

I recently purchased 2 tickets to the New York Rangers vs. San Jose Sharks game at Madison Square Garden on February 17, 2008. The price for this purchase was reasonable and the purchasing process online was easy to follow and efficient. However, I made the mistake of inserting my PO Box number as the shipping address. I was contacted shortly of my mistake by Reuben in customer service, who politely notified me of my mistake and gave me a number to call back. Upon my call back, Reuben displayed great initiative, care for the customer, and overall superior customer service; this gentleman went out of his way and contacted my college's admissions department to find a correct shipping address. He then took care in changing the address and making sure that I would receive my tickets in a timely manner. Again, Reuben displayed excellent customer service in his efforts on my behalf. I will recommend eSeats.com to all of my friends, family, and acquaintances as the best means of obtaining tickets to all sports, concert, and theater events. Hey Bob, I would just like to say that we bought tickets off you for the hatton/mayweather fight, and you came good, we had a great night, and your customer service was fabulous, this guy even rang me to sort it out, because i was so wary of buying fake tickets, (loads of fans were getting ripped off).well bob were coming back to vegas in april, yes you guessed it the calzaghe fight, so i will recommed you to all the british fight fans, so expect an invaision.
