I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the spectacular seats you guys got for me at the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament this past weekend. We saw an incredible amount of tennis with all the big names... Sharapova, Federer, Roddick, and others. The online transaction was incredibly easy which was a total relief as I saw that a number of online providers such as Stubhub and others were out of tickets late Saturday afternoon. But you guys had a wide selection. To be honest... I had a moment of .... Hmmm how is this all going to work?

The personal attention, early morning phone calls, and the ease of ticket pickup near the site all made this a highly enjoyable weekend. You can tell you guys know your business and know how to make others feel comfortable. You hear so many horror stories of Craigslist and others, and you can become suspicious, but like you said on the phone... tickets are not rocket science. You have a ticket... To whom it may concern,

I want to take this opportunity to commend Mr. Bob Bernstein and eSeats.com for their action with regards to the Olympic ticket problem.  This event was not of their doing, and I feel they went the extra yard and more to resolve the problems that Action Seating brought upon many unsuspecting customers.  eSeats and Mr. Bernstein brought about a happy ending to what could have been a complete disaster.
 
People are always quick to point fingers and place blame.  I write this for the opposite reason.  To acknowledge when someone goes the extra yard to make a customer happy.

10 days before we were leaving for the 2010 Olympics, we were informed by eSeats.com that we would not be receiving our 4 figure skating tickets that we had bought.  After a few attempts to contact eSeats, I reached the CEO Bob Bernstein, who, clearly upset, explained that the Olympic tickets that he had purchased for us and many others were not being delivered by the broker he had bought them from.   He told me how sorry he was about the situation and that he had every intention of refunding us our money.  He offered to help us find new tickets, but I had already purchased other ones.  4 days after returning from an amazing time in Vancouver, we received a full refund.  Even though it wasn't an ideal transaction, Bob and his crew did their best to take care of their clients at a huge loss to themselves.  I was impressed with Bob's integrity and wish him and his company the best of luck.

I was one of the customers that had ordered Mens Olympic Hockey tickets through your website eSeats.com. After reading that your company had been affected by the Olympic ticket scandal by one of your suppliers I was very leery that I would ever receive my tickets or get a refund... Well was I WRONG. In a day and age where customer service is almost non existent, your company has gone out of your way to make things right!! Not only did we get a surprise e-mail the day before our event saying you had arranged for new tickets but we were upgraded to tickets in a Suite!!! These tickets were a Christmas present for our son. Needless to say he had the time of his life. I cannot thank you enough for truly caring.

In light of the recent Action Seating Olympic ticket scandal, I wanted to bring to your attention the excellent service I have received from Mr. Bernstein and his staff at eSeats.com.  I tried, as many people did, to buy Olympic tickets through official channels, but was unable to do so.  In researching online ticket agencies, I was impressed by the testimonials about eSeats and opted to purchase all my tickets through them.
 
Last night at 9 pm I was wondering if my tickets happened to be supplied by Action Seating, called the emergency number (as I am too impatient to wait until regular business hours) and Mr. Bernstein answered the phone.  You can't imagine my surprise having him answer.  As it turns out my tickets were supplied by another agency and I will pick them up in Vancouver.

    I wanted to drop you a letter to let you know what a professional and pleasant employees you have working for you. I have been buying tickets and packages via the internet for year's and have mostly had good luck. I ordered tickets the other day from eSeats.com to the Pageants of the Masters for Saturday night (7/25/09) But due to some changes in our plans we needed to change the ticket request. Within minutes of contacting the after hours support line I got a call from Christine asking me about this issue and with not just a pleasant and friendly attitude but looking to mitigate this unfortunate event right away and started talking to me about how we could resolve this. This to me is a person who truly cares and does more then just her job. Christine goes that extra mile this is something you just don't find these's days. I work for a very large company and deal with customers every day. I know what a chore it can be to inform customers they are not getting what they have paid for. However, Christine turned an unfortunate event into an enjoyable situation. I understand this is her job but she did her job so professionally. I feel she needed to be recognized for the asset she is to you and your company. Please don't just take that as a feel good letter but a review from a professional in this field.  I will also be sharing this experience and what a great service you have any chance I get with anyone looking to buy tickets.

The show was great!

I just wanted to send you a quick note about our Tina Turner trip.  It was AWESOME and the seats were as always AMAZING.  At one point Tina was 10 feet from Greg (my husband) when her stage lifted and swung her out across the fans.  I swear he was screaming her name like a girl would scream for Brad Pitt.

6 months prior to the 2008 Summer games in Beijing I made my first Olympic ticket purchase, which ended up being from a fraud company. Soon afterwards I made a second purchase and that company notified me that they could not service the order just 2 weeks before my departure. With just a week before leaving for Beijing I found eseats.com who immediately confirmed an order for half my requested tickets. The owner of eseats.com personally made a call to his vendors to find tickets that were not listed on his site to attempt to fulfill my past order through the other companies. Thank you to eseats.com for the prompt confirmation, friendly service and for going the extra mile to take care of its customers.

Here is my real story which took place with my China Olympics tickets.  I ordered and paid for $60K worth of tickets via a competitors website and received nothing. Since I paid with my Amex I have since dispute the charges and filed a complaint with the government. I also sent an e-mail to the LA Times reporter:
greg.johnson@latimes.com.

As to eSeats.com? I spoke directly to Bob Berstein (the owner) and he is the one who got me replacement tickets. FYI... the company is legit... in business for 18 years and has a great reputation.  If you ever have questions about his service, feel free to speak with me.

I recently purchased 2 tickets to the New York Rangers vs. San Jose Sharks game at Madison Square Garden on February 17, 2008. I really appreciate this app a lot! I've used it twice in less than aweek. Last week for U2 tickets and this week for Boyz || Men tickets.It's so much more convenient to purchase tickets through this app on myiPhone than to have to log on to Ticketmaster through a computer, thentype up a squiggly line only to find the tickets you want aren'tavailable. Not to mention the customer service is great! The follow upphone calls to make sure you received your tickets. I greatlyappreciate!
