Establishing Trust –

Published on: Sep 04 2014 by Bob Bernstein

It’s been nearly 14 years now since we’ve launched eSeats.com. Over the years we’ve discovered more crooked sellers and fraudsters looking to scam us out of money than you can imagine. Tickets after all are nearly as liquid as cash. From our standpoint, we first need to establish trust with our customers. Once trust has been established we will go to great lengths to get you the tickets you wants as quickly as possible.

So how do we establish trust with new customers? We must verify that you are indeed the card holder and secondly that you, the authorized cardholder, have given authorization to make your first purchase. At this point in time, you will be considered an established eSeats customer.

I recently spoke with a client and he was telling me that he’s never had to provide us with additional documents and sign off with his electronic signature. He felt this was all unnecessary since he already provided his information on his order. Why the bother? The reality is this. Fraud is a major problem for companies like ours which conduct business with customers who are NOT in our presence. While we would like to trust everyone, we first want to verify. eSeats.com has been a leading advocate within the ticket industry to establish guidelines by which ticketing companies can protect themselves from crooks who are out to steal from us.

What’s the value of establishing trust with eSeats.com? A lifetime of great memories and access to the widest selection of premium seats to events worldwide. We look forward to working with you soon.
