Seating Guide: New York Yankees Spring Training

Published on: Nov 25 2015 by Leslie Lempka

The Yankees have a long distinguished history, and every season begin their spring training in Florida at the George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa.  This field is not only the spring home of the Yankees, but is also home to the Class A Tampa Yankees.  The beautiful field sits on 31 acres, seats 11,000 fans, and features some great amenities like luxury suites, an all-inclusive dugout club, the unique Walgreens party deck, a Yankees pavilion for entertaining, and the largest Yankee gift shop in the southeast.

Steinbrenner Field is also home to Monument Park, where  you can view retired numbers and plaques of Yankee baseball legends.

Seating in the stadium is divided  up into two levels.  The lower level begins in Section 102, which is on the Yankees side and located in the outfield to section 120, which is the visitors side.  The upper deck begins in section 201 on the Yankee side and ends in section.  The best seats will be located behind home plate in sections 109-113 or 209-213 in the upper deck.

Check out the Yankee schedule and available tickets today!  New York Yankee spring training games begin on March 2nd against the Detroit Tigers.
