Advice From a Ticket Broker: UEFA Euro Cup 2016

Published on: Dec 15 2015 by Leslie Lempka

The UEFA European Championship, or The Euros for short, is the competition between the senior men’s national teams in UEFA, or the Union of European Football Associations.  This competition will determine the continental champion of Europe.  The Euro Cup is held every four years, since 1960, during the even numbered year between the World Cup tournaments.

The 2016 Euro Cup begins on June 10th, with competitions taking place in 9 cities in the host country of France.  Games will be played in Paris, Lens, Bordeaux, Marseille, Nice, Villeneuve-d’Ascq, Toulouse, Lyon, and Loire.

The draw has been completed with teams divided into 6 groups.

Group A: France, Romania, Albania, Switzerland

Group B: England, Russia, Wales, Slovakia

Group C: Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Northern Ireland

Group D: Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Croatia

Group E: Belgium, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Sweden

Group F: Portugal, Iceland, Austria, Hungary

As with all European events, tickets are sold by categories only, with category 1 seating being located on the long sides.  With category seating, exact locations will not be know until tickets are in hand, ready to be distributed.

When buying tickets for the Euro Cup, make sure you are working with a member of the NATB, or National Association of Ticket Brokers.  Using NATB brokers will provide you a level of security, and knowledge that you are dealing with a licensed company, and  your tickets are guaranteed to be authentic and valid for entry.  Another good resource is the Better Business Bureau.  The BBB will allow  you to view the history of any, and all complaints about a company.  Our BBB rating is A, which is a good indicator that we take really good care of  our clients.

It is an exciting time in the world of football, and teams are gearing up to play their best and grab the Euro Cup for their country.
