FAQ's about World Cup South Africa Tickets:

Where does eSeats.com get the World Cup South Africa Tickets you are selling me? We purchase our tickets from licensed ticket agents who have secured their tickets from official sources.. All of our tickets are 100% guaranteed to be authentic. We DO NOT purchase tickets from individuals who have posted tickets on such sites as StubHub, Ebay or Craigslist. We strongly reccomend you stay away from these sources for your tickets. Our company has been selling tickets to major sporting events for many years. We also have a sister company called Championship Tennis Tours which is a leader in the tennis travel world since 1987 so we have a deep understanding of selling tickets to major international events.

Is buying World Cup South Africa Tickets tickets from you legal? Absolutely! Despite threats and warnings you may have read in the news, the resale of tickets is 100% legal and if you are still concerned please visit the NATB website for more information about the resale of tickets.

How can I be sure I will get my tickets? Once we receive your ticket request we will process your order and send you an order confirmation. Your order confirmation is your guarantee that you will receive tickets. Your order confirmation will include details on delivery of your tickets. If this isn't sufficient assurance for you, we suggest you read some of the testimonials from our Beijing Olympic Clients at the bottom of this page, or visit our testimonials page which are all provided to us by our past customers. If this still isn't sufficient feel free to call our office and we will provide you with professional references that you can talk to and decide for yourself. Lastly, we are long standing members of the Better Business Bureau and the National Association of Ticket brokers which is an elite group of ticket brokers who uphold the highest ethical standards.

Why do I have to pay for my tickets now if I'm not receiving them until April 2010? When you place your order with us we must purchase your tickets immediately from our supplier. Prices in the secondary market can change dramatically and in order for us to secure your tickets at the price you see today on our website we must purchase them today from our suppliers.

Do you have a real office? Yes! Our office is located at 13951 N. Scottsdale Road Suite 133. We have been at this location for years and have no plans to move. Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and after hours we have a Live Answering Service.

Why do I see different prices for the same category of seating? At the World Cup and many international sporting competitions such as the Olympics, the Euro Cup etc, tickets are sold by Category A, B or C. Category A being the best. This price discrepancy between tickets in the same category reflects the pricing set by different sellers. There is no qualitative difference between the two it's simply the selles who have decided to set their prices differently.

When will I get my tickets?
Tickets will be printed in mid January 2010 and shipped directly to you from our suppliers via FedEx shortly thereafter. You will need to sign for the tickets.

What protection do I have if I don't receive my tickets? Firstly, this has never happened in the 8+ years eSeats.com has been in business. Secondly, since you are paying for your tickets using a major credit card, if you don't receive your tickets you don't pay for your tickets. Lastly, we have several layers of backup suppliers for every event so even if the supplier we contract with for your tickets does not come through, we have backup suppliers who we would source your tickets. Part of our expertise in this business comes from knowing who to work with and making sure our customers are always taken care of. Our priority is you, not our suppliers. eSeats.com always takes the LONG TERM view in our dealings with our customers. We intend on being your ticket agent for life.

How does the ticket pricing work?
The prices are determined by market forces which reflect the supply and demand for the particular event. The Face Value of the ticket is the price the ticket was originally issued by FIFA , in the secondary market the prices are set by the sellers who own the tickets. eSeats.com is simply a safe and reliable place to secure your tickets without the hassles of trying to purchase tickets through the world cup ticket lottery.

From a loyal eSeats.com Customer!

I am not really sure what to say.  In my attempts to find tickets for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, I came across problem after problem until I found at eseats.com.  Not only was their inventory up to date and with a good price, but there brokers were always available to help me through the process.  Sometimes it can be nice to talk to a real person which eseats.com definitely provides.  Thanks a lot.

eSeats.com to my rescue!

6 months prior to the 2008 Summer games in Beijing I made my first Olympic ticket purchase, which ended up being from a fraud company. Soon afterwards I made a second purchase and that company notified me that they could not service the order just 2 weeks before my departure. With just a week before leaving for Beijing I found eseats.com who immediately confirmed an order for half my requested tickets. The owner of eseats.com personally made a call to his vendors to find tickets that were not listed on his site to attempt to fulfill my past order through the other companies. Thank you to eseats.com for the prompt confirmation, friendly service and for going the extra mile to take care of its customers.

Jolanta - PlanetTravel.com

Here is my real story which took place with my China Olympics tickets.  I ordered and paid for $60K worth of tickets via a competitors website and received nothing. Since I paid with my Amex I have since dispute the charges and filed a complaint with the government. I also sent an e-mail to the LA Times reporter: greg.johnson@latimes.com.

As to eSeats.com? I spoke directly to Bob Berstein (the owner) and he is the one who got me replacement tickets. FYI... the company is legit... in business for 18 years and has a great reputation.  If you ever have questions about his service, feel free to speak with me.

If you shall need tix, Bob at eSeats.com is the man.

Good luck to all

History of the Olympics

The first official Olympic Winter Games was appropriately held in Athens Greece in 1896, as was the last event in 2004. The inaugural games featured 241 participants from 14 nations, while the most recent contest involved 11,100 competitors from 202 countries. The original games can be traced back to Olympia, Greece in 8th century B.C. The most popular legend is that Heracles, son of Zeus and Alcmene, created the Olympic games and built the Olympic stadium and surrounding buildings as a tribute to his father. Since a medal count has been recorded, the United States garnered the most gold medals with 35, followed by China with 32 and Russia with 27. Beijing was elected host city of the 2010 Winter games on July 13, 2001. The city that will carry the torch to host the 2014 games has yet to be determined.
