eSeats Travel is the new way to purchase high value, low cost event travel packages.
Our clients are seasoned travelers who can book their own flights and figure out how to catch an Uber from their hotel to an event. You may have heard the expression "less is more"? The way most companies sell event packages is they require you to pay for a lot of things which you most likely will not need or value. Do you really want to pay to have someone meet you at an airport with a sign to escort you to your hotel? Do you really want to pay to have access to a hospitality room located in the basement or corner of a hotel lobby so you can watch TV Screens and be served snacks and sandwiches? On the other hand, some of the Add Ons really do make sense, but not necessarily for everyone. So our approach is to make you pay for the essentials and give you the option to add on to your package the services and products YOU want.
Our point is this. We've identified the "wants" and "needs" for each event package and have set up for you event packages that you really "need" and then allow you to purchase the "wants" as separate add ons to your package. The next thing we do is eliminate over priced or poor quality seating options and limit our ticket selections to the best valued seats based on feedback received from our clients who have attended the events before you.
The result is a savings of 25% and more on similar event packages from our competitors and a much easier shopping experience.

We look at every event travel package and make suggestions which are built into your package. For example, for our US Open Tennis event packages, we only offer Loge Level seating on Arthur Ashe Stadium. We don't offer the cheap seats in the upper promenade level which make it difficult to see the action and leave out the courtside box seats because they are so incredibly expensive. Leaving aside these options we are able to dramatically simplify the buying process and delivery a high quality travel package which results in a very happy customer.

In the Beginning
The story of eSeats.com goes back to 1978 when my hard working dad decided it was time to teach my twin brother Mike and I the ticket trade. We learned the business in the streets buying and selling tickets to events around Phoenix, Arizona. By working hundreds of events over many years we learned the fundamentals of the ticket trade and how to take care of our good clients. In 1987 my brother and I were foreign exchange students in France and had the opportunity to apply what we learned at Roland Garros. We discovered how languages and learning the local customs was an important way for us to gain a competitive advantage and better serve our customers. Our interest in major international events continues today.
After graduating from Arizona State University with a BA in French and then MBAs from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird '91), Mike and I went in different directions. Mike started Championship Tennis Tours while I went to work for a high tech publishing company based in Hong Kong. After a few years in Paris, Brussels and Tel Aviv, I returned to the USA and landed a sales job with UbiSoft in San Francisco. It wasn't till 2000 that I returned back to Arizona in time to join the burgeoning online ticket revolution taking place. We had the good fortune to cross paths with the founders of TicketsNow (now owned by Ticketmaster) who made eSeats.com one of their first ticket resale sites. Thanks to many helpful hands and very smart designers and programmers, eSeats.com continues to succeed in fulfilling our mission while blazing new trails in the never boring online ticket space.
